Q: Hi, it is me again. Thanks a lot for your mail. Could you plz tell me that how long it will take me from the hotel we will stay on the 6th day to the airport? I will choose Itinerary A, so we will be at Courtyard Marriott/Quality Inn Marina, however, I could not find them on internet. I will leave on the early morning of the 7th day. I am very sorry if bothering you. It is the first time I and my mom to travel in US, so I will have a lot of confuses. I have to know to book the airport transfer. Thanks for your time. Usually the hotel information can only be confirmed one day before the tour date and it will be located about 1 hour or more from the SFO airport depending on the order of the itinerary arranged. The endpoint for the tour will be in LAX, and if you need to end at any other location, please include this in the reservation request section when making your reservation online. We can update the hotel information to you one day before your tour date We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for: * Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30 a.m.- 10:00 p.m. * International arrival transfers between 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. The order of the itinerary may change and the last nights hotel booked can be located outside of San Francisco, or in Las Vegas. Q: I want to book a couple of tours for my relatives from tour4fun. My relatives are coming from India after 2 weeks. I was about to book and saw your cancellation fee. It says that if we cancel 7 days before the trip we loose all the money. I am looking at two different tours for 5 adults with cost running to $7000. I think 99% there should not be any issue. However since it is international travel and for some reason they end up postponing their trip due to unanticipated circumstance then we would loose all the money. Wondering if there is a nominal cancellation fee instead of loosing all the money if we cancel say 3 days in advance? We heard good reviews about the tour so wanted to try out and hope to try for future relatives visiting as well. However the cancellation policy is making me nervous to book. Kindly guide. Q: Hello:) I have a few questions! :) We will arrive quite late in Las Vegas on the 25 th of August (Arrival at 7 pm at McCarran Airport).Can we still join the tour on the 25th and check in late? We have big suitcases (we'll be in the US for a while). Do we have to pay extra for those? How much do we have to pay to go to the Grand Canyon?
